Auditions will take place in late August and early September, with rehearsals beginning in October. The production includes opportunities for both adult and child performers, with several featured ensemble and supporting roles still available.
About the Production
Scrooge! The Musical follows the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, a cold-hearted moneylender who despises Christmas and lives a lonely, joyless life. On Christmas Eve, he is visited by the ghost of his former business partner, Jacob Marley, and the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. Through these supernatural encounters, Scrooge is forced to confront his past, examine his present, and reconsider the legacy he will leave behind.

Union Status: Non-Union

Compensation: Adult performers are paid $16.90 per hour for rehearsals and performances. Performers under 18 serve as volunteers and receive a $200 reimbursable stipend.

Local Hire Only: Actors must live in the Los Angeles or Orange County area. Housing and travel are not provided.
Audition Information
Auditions are held by appointment following submission. Performers may submit through the theater's Airtable form or through Actors Access before the submission deadline.
What to Prepare
Please bring:

16–32 bars of a musical theatre song in the style of the show (do not sing from Scrooge!)

Clearly marked sheet music in the correct key
An accompanist will be provided.
